Through the contact form we collect: first and last name, e-mail address, selected department and the message content. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the inquiry.

We process the data in order to respond to the inquiry sent and to conduct further business correspondence — based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is handling inquiries and business contact.

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any further cooperation, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period results from legal provisions.
5. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities that provide us with technical support in maintaining the website and e-mail (hosting, mail server provider) solely to the extent necessary to perform these services.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal). The website does not use cookies for analytical or marketing purposes. Font, icon and JavaScript library resources are loaded from external CDN servers (jsDelivr) solely to display the page correctly.
